Course Description
This course aims to provide the student with the scientific bases and principles of real estate finance through which he can work in banks and real estate finance companies, in addition to providing the student with the scientific bases and principles for investment and real estate evaluation, through which he can work in the field of investment, development, or real estate evaluation.

By the end of this course, students should be able to:

- Identifying the types of mortgage loans.
- Identifying the nature of the work of the investor, developer, broker and real estate marketer.
- Identifying the parties involved in the real estate finance system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Calculating the benefits of different types of mortgage loans and preparing their own amortization schedules.
- Identifying the various factors that affect the value of land and buildings and the evaluation methods used in practical life.
- Evaluating residential and income-generating real estate.
- Distinguishing between the types of real estate investment funds at the local and global levels.
- capture real estate investment opportunities in the real estate market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia using the scientific principles and foundations that have been provided to it.
