The Follow up Directorate is involved in improving the efficiency of the adminstrative work process at IAU and with this goal in mind the Directorate has implemented a program to computerize all of its procedures. This will facilitate in the process of following up various projects at IAU with the purpose of correcting any inefficiencies or weakness, while maintaining and improving the areas of strength demonstrated by the KPI’s in various sectors of IAU.
The Follow up Directorate is fully supported by the senior management of IAU, represented by H.E. the President of the University and H.E. the Vice President.
Suggestions, comments and criticisms are appreciated, since they will contribute to the overall improvement and performance of IAU.
