Undergraduate Programes

Graduation Requirements

The program of study in the College of Engineering takes five academic years, where each academic year is made up of two semesters or terms.  Each term is 15 weeks long.   The first year is spent in the Preparatory year program dedicated to the English language and general university skills. The engineering bachelor degree programs include training at work sites, at industrial and production institutions and in hospitals in order to qualify and develop the abilities of the students. These work experience programs help the students acquire skills as well as practical and scientific knowledge, which are just as important as the academic curriculum they learn in the classroom.  Each student spends no less than three months during the summer holidays in order to get this crucial practical experience.  One month is required during the summer following the third academic year and two months are required the following summer.
