This course prepares the students to have the necessary core skills based on the core body of knowledge in cryptography so that the individual can visualize cryptography related problems or models and select the best solution to solve real world security problems, and to have a strong foundation for further studies in Applied Cryptography. Also, help students to apply proper knowledge of Cryptography techniques, carry out basic literature review, develop research proposal, and conduct independent project research in specific topics related to Applied Cryptography core areas. The course also includes obtaining sensitive information with a MiTM attack on SSH connection and developing an approach to analyze and solve specific Cryptography problem.
