Course Description
This course is aimed at enhancing and expanding the clinical experiences of students and their ability to comprehensively manage different oral and dental health problems. This would provide a broader basis for a competent general dental practice imparting biomechanically, functionally and aesthetically optimum treatment outcomes conductive to complete patient satisfaction and welfare.
Main Objectives
At the end of the course each student should be able to
- Perform a comprehensive diagnosis of oral and dental health problems accurately employing all diagnostic tools.
- Develop a comprehensive treatment plan conductive to re-establishing and maintaining optimum status of health, function, aesthetics, patient satisfaction and welfare.
- Competently carry-out all prevention, intervention procedures as well as accurately prescribe adjunctive therapeutic measures.
