- Recognization of various methods for the suitable fixation for the tissues.
- Description of the steps and requirments that be followed in good routine and specific treatments for the tissues.
- Understanding of the principles for using of the microtom and the different types of the microscops for the histological examination.
- Recognization of the tissue processing disadvantages in the various phases leading to good preparation of the specimens.
