200 Male and Female Students are going through a Unique Experience in the Academic Talent Program at Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal Universit

On Sunday, 2/1/1444AH, the talent program launched at Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University, in cooperation with King Abdulaziz and his Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity "Mawhiba." 

The IAU hosts 216 male and female students from various cities all over the country under the supervision of a selection of experts and specialists in scientific and skill fields from the university's faculty members. 

The program takes place over three weeks. It enables students to learn advanced sciences and skills and build scientific and practical experiences according to global methodologies. 

The scientific program includes five scientific pathways: anatomy and physiology, engineering design, biomedical sciences, renewable energy, encryption, and information security. The Skills Program aims to develop leadership skills, social impact, creative thinking, and innovation. It also builds to enhance students' skills and refine their personalities through genius tasks and medals of excellence in addition to enrichment events, which include two main events: "Our homeland lives in us, and we live in it" and "The professions of the future." 

In light of this, the General Supervisor of the Program and Head of the Male Student Program, Dr. Mohammed bin Saleh AlKathiri, stressed the vision and mission of (Mawhiba), as well as its values, are in line with the Saudi Vision 2030. 

The IAU, in turn, participates in laying the foundation stone by employing its human and material capabilities for years. In addition, the IAU embraces this program and empowers students who promise talent under the patronage and attention of His Excellency the President of the University, Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Rabish, and a follow-up by His Excellency the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Ghazi bin Abdul Rahman Al-Otaibi. 

The President of the Female Students Programme, Dr. Mashaal bint Mishal Al-Namshan also indicated that the IAU contributes to the preparation of a creative generation in the belief that the rehabilitation of talented students is the key to the nation's advancement and prosperity and discovering abilities and investing in them has a significant impact on the achievement of human development.
