We are glad to announce that our undergraduate program – Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics offered at the College of Computer Science and Information Technology has been granted a “full accreditation” for a period of six (6) years starting retroactively from October 2018 until September 2024.  The program becomes the first to be accredited in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology) is a global accreditor of college and university programs in applied and natural science, computing, engineering, and engineering technology.
At this blissful moment, we would like to inform that the Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics Program was the first in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to submit the application for Program Evaluation.  In November 2019, the program was evaluated under the Computing Accreditation Commission (CAC) Program Criteria for Cybersecurity and Similarly Named Computing Programs.
We would like to congratulate the Dean for his leadership and giving the untiring support to reach this destination.  Our sincere thanks to all faculty, staff, supporting deanships and students for the tremendous efforts extended in achieving this milestone.
