The program aims to enhance participants' abilities in leadership, critical thinking, effective communication, and the development of personal and professional skills to achieve success in their academic and future lives.

Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University has launched the Star Leaders program for 2024, aimed at empowering promising leaders from high school students to develop their leadership skills. The program lasts for two weeks, totaling 52 training hours.

During the program, students will engage in various activities and apply skills that focus on independent learning, encouraging curiosity, discovery, experimentation, sharing talents, problem-solving, expressing opinions, teamwork, and decision-making. These activities aim to equip them with the necessary skills to achieve success in their lives and prepare them for the future.

Dr. Mohammed Alkathiri, the General Supervisor of the program, explained that the program aims to enhance participants' abilities in leadership, critical thinking, effective communication, and the development of personal and professional skills to achieve success in their academic and future lives.

He indicated that the program focuses on developing essential skills, including leadership, self-development, planning and goal setting, team building, communication and influence, critical thinking, deep analysis, problem-solving, decision-making, expressing opinions, self-expression, presentation, motivation, and academic writing and review.

Dr. Faryal Al-Kurdi, the Head of the Female Students' Program, confirmed that the "Star Leaders" program contributes to building a generation capable of creative thinking and making the right decisions, which enhances their academic and professional future. Additionally, it contributes to developing their personal and professional capabilities and gives them the confidence to face challenges in their lives.
