In alignment with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's 2030 Vision and due to the importance of the matter; the Office for University Administrative Development in cooperation with the Ministry of Civil Service is launching the Professional Commitment Measurement Project for Civil Service Employees.

This project means to measure to which extent employees are committed physically, emotionally and cognitively to their work place. The Professional Engagement concept in Management emerged for the first time in the twentieth century (the 90s) then later on, it became widely spread and used in management administrative practices in the 21st Century. Employee Engagement is considered the concrete of the relationship between the workplace and its employees and due to this importance, the office for University Administrative Development in cooperation with the Ministry of Civil Service has launched this project.
