Department of Government Performance Improvement
The Department of Government Performance Improvement implements programs that improve performance at IAU and provides studies that enhance the strengths and correct any areas of weakness.
Monitoring Investigation Department
This Department conducts follow up and inspection visits throughout IAU in order to be aware of any shortcomings and to discover if there is any noncompliance taking place with respect to job duties. The Monitoring Investigation Department investigates complaints referred to the Follow up Directorate in the areas of financial and administrative irregularities and then carries out either preliminary independent or joint investigations, prior to compiling a report and presenting it to the manager concerned.
Daily Attendance Monitoring Department
In coordination with the Personnel Affairs Administration, this Department monitors the attendance, vacations and tasks of IAU's employees and implements any admnistrative disciplinary measures, where appropirate, according to IAU's rules and regulations regarding tardiness and unexcused work absenses.
