This course introduces the use of software program (Primavera) for planning, scheduling, & controlling construction projects and the study of management information systems (MIS) used in the construction industry. Emphasis will also be laid on the utilization of current state-of-the-art integration of Computer Aided Design (CAD), scheduling (including advanced concepts such as resource leveling, schedule compression, and cash flow projections), and cost estimation program.
