This course examines the procurement process, tendering process, contract fundamentals, contractual responsibilities, contract administration, integrated project delivery, and analysis of trends in procurement of engineering projects. The course further focuses on tendering principles and examining the process of procurement selection by analyzing the various strategies within both the public and private sectors using selected case studies on infrastructure engineering projects.
