This course will seek to guide students on understanding construction site management that affects the construction process and the success of engineering projects. The students will also have a greater opportunity to understanding the importance of planning and layout smoothly all the construction activities on the site. The course will enrich the students’ understanding of the components that optimize the site related work and activities; site investigation and lay out; site preparation, prepare the site work plan and management structure including reporting and documentations, manage resources including equipment and material storage.
