Course Description

This course explains the theoretical concepts as well as practical approach to risk from identification, evaluation, analysis, treatment and finally monitoring in a step by step approach.

Course Objectives

  • Describe an overall risk management process focused on protecting assets of business organization while assuring smooth and profitable operation. 
  • Explain the techniques to eliminate micro a well as macro risk factors.
  • Design a program for managers to monitor potential risks in an efficient manner.
  • Analyze and suggest solutions to future business risk problems in global commerce, environment, intellectual property, and regional and international politics.  
  • Analyze the internal and external risks for an organization
