Course Description
This course will introduce the students to principles of sonography with main focus on terminology, physical principles and instrumentation the course will also acquaint the students with the principles and indications of transcranial Doppler. In addition this course will cover basics of X-ray, CT, MRI, and Functional MRI and their application in diagnosing pathological conditions of the brain and spinal cord. . The course will be accompanied with laboratory sessions where the student will practice diagnostic imaging with X-rays, CT, MRI.
