Course Description
This basic photography class will provide the students with an introduction to the practical mechanics of the digital camera, the use of lighting, basic history, and an introduction to digital photography. Students will explore color photography and the basics of photography composition. Expectantly students will learn and gain an appreciation for photography as an art form. This will be performed through lectures, demonstrations, tests, papers, and the operation of the 35mm camera and studio equipment. Students will learn how to use the camera effectively and creatively.
