In this course, each student will present a written proposal based on the program, i.e., MIS-698: Capstone Project or MIS699: Thesis. The proposed problem can be from any functional domain; however, it must have a substantial business relevance (capstone project) OR research (thesis) challenge. The proposal must include formal business case (MIS-698) or problem statement (MIS-699), a literature review (extensive in MIS-699) and the proposed modeling and solution approach. The proposals will be approved by the project supervisor and in MIS-699 in consultation with an advisory committee.
