Radio and television investigation

Course Main Objective

To define essence of investigative journalism and reportage in radio and TV: its characteristics, types and techniques; explain forms and kinds of reportage in radio and TV and clarify preparation stages of reportage and underline the importance of sources in preparing the reportage in radio and TV; explain the importance of visual narrative for TV reportage and critically analyze the radio and TV reportages.

• Presentation and discussion of radio and TV reportage models
• Practical applications to the process of producing types and forms of radio and TV reportage
• Discussion and assessment of students' coursework
