Introduction to traffic safety, concepts for basic traffic safety analysis, network screening and diagnosis, gathering and analysis of accident data, statistical models to calculate accident risks and their probability, methods for calculating compensation, surrogate safety measures, methods to evaluate safety effects, and before and after analysis.
