Course Description
Typography three is an advanced typography course that explores the components of typographic layouts and type design in both Arabic and Latin. Students will build upon their previous typographic vocabulary with a broad focus on typographic systems and the development of fonts. Students will solve advanced problems using traditional and experimental approaches. Emphasis is placed on the study and creation of meaning in relation to audience, culture, and history.
