Course Description

In this course, students will explore the process for developing solutions that serve the users’ needs. Students will develop design concepts that meditate relationships between people, products, environments, and services. Students will learn how to combine selected strategies from branding, service design, interaction design and marketing in a modified way allowing designers to develop the process of creating the successful experiences. This course will serve as a hands-on tool that will help designers in research, analysis and therefore design.
