Course Description 

This course offers an introduction into the concept of values, morality, as well as ethical decision making and corporate social responsibility in all areas of business. We consider individual and organizational business actions and decisions in the light of moral principles and values. We address the multi-level (individual, team, organizational level) and multicultural context of ethical behaviour and social responsibility.

Learning Outcomes

1. Understand the fundamental concepts of business ethics and social responsibility.
2. Describe and apply an ethical decision making model.
3. Describe moral principles and standards.
4. Explain how corporate culture influences ethical decision making.
5. Explain corporate social responsibility.
6. Describe Saudi cultural protocols of business ethics.
