Course Description
This course is designed to give the student a broad overview of the basic radiotherapy elements. The course provides the theoretical basis that would enable the student to perform simple tasks in the radiotherapy department. It includes an introduction to physics, oncology, tumors, patient consideration and radiation therapy equipment. Students should be able to also improve knowledge in their radiotherapy terminology.
