H.E. Dr. Saad Mohammed Saad Alhareky

Vice Chairman

Dr.Alhareky is a PhD holder from University of Pennsylvania in USA. During his academic career in King Faisal University, he served as a demonstrator, vice dean, dean, university board secretary, and vice president. After that he was appointed as University President for Al-Baha University for two terms. Following, he was appointed for two consecutive terms as a member in AlShura Council. Dr.Alhareky participated in developing and writing several guidelines and policies for Saudi universities including scientific research, scholarship and training. Also, he was a member of the education committee in Saudi Arabia and the head of higher education committee in AlShura Council.

Prof. Fahad Ahmed Mohammed Alharbi

• Professor Fahad Al-Harbi President of Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University.
•  Prof. Al-Harbi has served as Vice President for Scientific Research and Innovation at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University.
• Prof. Al-Harbi has served as the Dean of College of Dentistry for more than 10 years at the University
• Member of several committees.

Prof. Al-Harbi has graduate of Boston University, Goldman School of Dental Medicine, USA where he completed his specialization in Prosthodontics (CAGS) and Master of Science in Prosthodontics in 2001 and his Doctorate of Science Degree (DScD) in 2004. Prof. Fahad is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontics.

Eng. Ziyad Mohammed Alshiha

Member

Currently Engineer Ziyad Bin Mohammad Alshiha is the Group CEO of Saudi Investment Recycling Company (SIRC), fully owned by PIF.  Previously he worked as:

• CEO of Saudi Electricity Company (SEC)
• Executive in Saudi Aramco in and out of KSA
• The Managing Director for Alwidyan Development.

Also, he is a board member in Saudi Group for Industrial Investment (SIIG), Chairman of Reviva as the largest Industrial Hazardous Waste in the MENA region and the Managing Director for SAIL, one of the largest oil and hazardous spill companies in this field. 

Engineer Ziyad holds a master degree in Global Leadership and Innovation from MIT, in the USA, a master in Control Systems from Rice University in Houston and B.S. in Electrical Engineering from KFUPM in KSA

Prof. Asim A. Al-Ansari

He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry from King Saud University in 1990, followed by a Master’s degree in Dentistry from Lund University in Sweden in 1998, and later earned a Ph.D. in Dental Public Health from Boston University in the United States in 2002. He served as Vice Dean for Academic Affairs at the College of Dentistry from 2010 to 2019, and as Dean of the College of Pharmacy from 2019 to 2025. He was also a member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Dental Society from 2010 to 2019, and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties from 2019 to 2025. In addition, he has served on several standing committees at the university and is an accredited reviewer with the Education and Training Evaluation Commission.
