Course Description
This course will focus on mastering the skills in project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resource, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management as well as all five process groups--initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing.
Course Objectives
- List ten Knowledge areas in project management
- Explain the issues in project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resource, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management
- Describe the issues in the five process groups--initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing.
- Analyze the related case examples in the above contexts
- Analyze Project planning and monitoring and control issues in the used real-world case studies
- Demonstrate the use of MSP software
