Course Discription
The main purpose for this course:
- Students will gain an understanding of the fundamental principles of business law.
- Students will be taught the legal historical background of law and its evolution.
- Students will be introduced to various techniques of how an organization can be protected from real and frauduulent law suits.
- Students will learn various ways to adhere to the local, regional and international laws in business organizations.
