The Deanship of Admissions and Registration in the University of Dammam is pleased to announce the beginning of acceptance for the upcoming year in the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program for Syrian Students. Application will start on February 24, 2016 until March 9, 2016.
Applications should be submitted through the Admissions and Registration electronic portal according to the specific terms and regulations. The University requires that applicants attach the following documents:

  • His/her high school diploma or its equivalent, the original and a copy.
  • His/her valid visiting visa, the original and a copy.
  • A photo-copy of the applicant’s passport.

Terms and regulations for acceptance in the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program

  1. The applicant’s visiting visa should have been issued before the 24th of Sha’ban 1435 A.H.
  2. The applicant’s age should be no less than 17 and not over 25.
  3. His/her certificates and academic records should be authorized from Syrian educational agencies then from the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs then from the Saudi Cultural Bureau in Syria.
  4. It is allowed for Syrian students to continue their studies after their Preparatory year in all the specialties of the University excluding the health specialties.
  5. Studying should be regular and full time.
  6. It is not allowed for a student to transfer from one university to another.
  7. It is not allowed to transfer from the track or specialization which the applicant has been accepted in.
  8. The University will not grant a graduation certificate to the student who has not validated his/her certificates from the particular agencies in his/her country and the Saudi Bureaus in the Saudi Arabian Embassies.
  9. Acceptance will be through preference according to the decided number.
  10. The student should not transfer from one university to any other university or governmental institution in the Kingdom.
  11. The applicant should have gained a high school diploma or its equivalent from within the Kingdom or without.
  12. The applicant should not have been academically suspended from the University or any other university and if it becomes clear after acceptance that he/she has been suspended, his/her acceptance will be withdrawn.
  13. The University will not accept any high school diploma where 5 years have passed since it has been authorized.
  14. The University will not accept any student who is accepted in another university. Any student who appears to be accepted in another educational institution, his/her acceptance will be eliminated.
  15. If required, the applicant should have passed the medical examination which is applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
