The Deanship of Academic Development announces the Academic Chair Hotline (LEAD) at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University. The purpose of LEAD is to provide Academic Department Chairs with the opportunity to explore and discuss best practices in academic leadership through individual, customized consultations. The LEAD Hotline will offer a direct, confidential line to experts and resources in academic leadership.
Possible options for LEAD consultations:
- In-person, phone, or e-mail individual consultations for questions, resources, and discussions.
- Mentoring or peer consultations in academic leadership.
- Customized professional development packages.
- Support for recognition and academic development of faculty members.
- Connection to external resources that support and inform academic leadership.
