Course Description
The course aims at introducing students to qualities of successful female teacher, developing female student’s abilities to be qualified to work in kindergarten as well as clarifying the relationship between female teacher, child, administration and parents. The course concepts include the Kindergarten female teacher (her personal and professional qualities), her roles and responsibilities, kindergarten teacher and organization of teaching environment, kindergarten teacher’s skills in verbal and non-verbal interaction, her skills in preparing activity program, programs of preparing kindergarten female teacher, kindergarten female teacher and evaluation processes, Kindergarten teacher's method of dealing with child problems, future roles for kindergarten female teacher.
