Course Description
The course aims at introducing students to the significance of child psychological health in family and community, theories interpreting psychological health, and child psychological development stages.
The course concepts include the meaning of psychological health, its percentage and standards, behavioral disorders, neurosis and psychological diseases, psychotic disorders, psychosomatic disorders, family and psychological health, ego psychology and defense mechanisms, psychotherapy for children, fieldworks in psychological health field, psychological adaptation and its methods, community and child's psychological health care.
