Per KSA vision 2030 and its future aspirations, IAU president took the decision No.41696 on 26/5/1438H for establishing  Vision Realization Office (VRO) to support the university and enable it to perform the required tasks for keeping updated on the goals of national transformation , in addition to achieving excellence via coordination with competent authorities  regarding projects and initiatives of the university across all fields, and to follow up implementing of such projects and initiatives along with measuring the performance in order to achieve 2030 vision through the tasks below: 

  • Follow-up of IAU initiatives proposed by the National Transformation Office
  • Preparation and passing of new initiatives 
  • Facilitating challenges and obstacles encounter the initiatives 
  • Assurance of implementing sub-projects and achieving of adopted metrics 
  • Managing of initiatives in a highly efficient method per ministry of education VRO 
  • Follow-up of initiatives plans and KPIs as well as regular updating with VRO
  • Representation of the university before other governmental VROs

VRO objectives have three major pillars:

Enabling:

Enabling IAU community to make and implement transformative projects and initiatives congruent with KSA 2030 vision per explicit and governed framework or methodology. 

Creativity:

Creating and building qualitative projects and initiatives per an explicit and transparent mechanism has meticulous metrics and indicators.

Follow-up:

Follow-up for the implementation of the projects and initiatives stipulated in the strategic plan along with the issuance of regular reports related to measuring the effectiveness and advance for briefing the related entities.
