عبدالحليم عباس عثمان بابكر

A lecturer and researcher specializing in cryptography, mathematics, and meteorology, with teaching experience at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University and Jazan University. Currently serves as the Registrar of the College, alongside his teaching duties. Holds a Master's degree in Computational and Industrial Mathematics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Meteorology. Has interest in quantum-safe cryptography, and is currently research in public key encryption based on the Learning Parity with Noise problem.
