The Organizational Structure for the Housing Directorate

  • Director of Housing Administration:
    General supervision of all administrative and financial operations, staff development, and ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Housing Request Review Unit:
    Reviewing and recording housing requests received through the system.
  • Resident and Housing Unit Affairs Unit:
    Supervising and following up on the completion of procedures for receiving and handing over housing units.
  • Beneficiary Relations Unit:
    Reviewing and coordinating requests with other units, responding to emails, and archiving incoming documents.
  • Financial Affairs Unit:
    Supervising housing units under maintenance, coordinating damage assessments, notifying residents, and managing billing and payment priorities.
