We aim to provide integrated and multiple engineering and consulting services to beneficiaries among government and private entities consolidated with IAU scientifically and practically qualified human cadres.

Mission
To provide consulting services and studies in field of transport and traffic planning and engineering, in addition to road engineering and road paving management.
Objectives
- To fill the gap in field of road engineering, traffic, transportation, traffic safety and road paving management through technical support and advisory services and to be good experts and researchers
- To carry out all types of integrated engineering consultancies, research and studies that aim to solve the problems facing the various engineering fields related to transportation and traffic engineering, including the development and creation of new methods, training, and retraining.
- To achieve the center goals through the expertise of faculty members, assistants, and teaching assistants affiliate to the college with making use of the laboratorian and research capabilities available in the college supported with the latest equipment and supplies.

- Road planning and design
- Engineering supervision and quality control for implementation of road projects
- Engineering evaluation and technical examination for the safety of road designs
- Carrying out traffic impact studies for new projects
- Carrying out modeling and simulation studies and proposing solutions for traffic jams places.
