To make sure the directorate is working on its best level to achieve its objectives and benefiting from its staff expertise. It distributed the tasks between the staff members. The work in this directorate is divided in two departments: Legal and Administration Department.
Director of the Legal Affairs is the one who supervises and coordinates the work between the two departments and all staff members. 

Legal Department

The Legal Department brings together legal professionals, including: consultants and researchers.
The Department includes the following units:
- Unit of Legal Advice
- Unit of Cases
- Unit of Contracts
- Unit of Investigation
- Unit of Legal Research
- Unit of Legal Education

Administration Department

The Administration Department consists of highly qualified expertise in their fields and are working in the following administrative units:

- Unit of Dispatch 
- Unit of Transcription
- Unit of Relations and Coordination
