Fellowship in Radiology

Overview

The Radiology Residency Program is a comprehensive four-year training curriculum designed to provide residents with extensive exposure to all major diagnostic radiological procedures and its subspecialities.  Throughout the program, residents will gain hands-on experience in a wide range of imaging techniques, including general plain radiographs, fluoroscopy, diagnostic angiography, as well as advanced cross-sectional imaging modalities such as CT, MRI, and ultrasound.

In addition to mastering these imaging techniques, residents will be expected to take primary responsibility for emergency cases during on-call shifts, further honing their clinical decision-making and time-sensitive diagnostic skills.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery, from IAU or any university recognized by IAU.
•  The applicant must have successfully completed the internship program.
•  The applicant should have passed the Postgraduate Admission Examinations administered by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialists.
• The applicant is required to submit at least two letters of recommendation from faculty members or consultants.
• The applicant must have successfully passed the personal interview.
