Planning, Statistics and Analyzing Department

This department has been recently founded for planning, statistics and analyzing and to establish a database of KFHU's staff. The department is supervised by the head of the HR Directorate due to its importance in helping to produce strategies, goals and following up on them to achieve the required success and to take positive decisions that will serve the public interest.

Governmental and Educational Relations Department

The department provides its services to Saudi and contract employees in ending the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties' procedures, to issue and renew passports, residence ID cards, exit, entry and return visas and all other governmental documents that are required from retired employees. And now we are working on educating our employees through holding periodical meetings and training courses.

Staff Affairs Department

This department is responsible for transactions for Saudi, contract and health cadres from the beginning of recruitment until retirement, discharging and flight issues. Attending internal and external conferences and forums. As well as all that is related to internal and external employee procedures.

Faculty Affairs Department

This department is responsible for Saudi or foreign faculty members' transactions from the beginning of recruitment until retirement, as well as laying off and flight issues. Attending internal and external conferences and forums. As well as all that is related to internal and external employee procedures.

Administration Formation Department

This department is responsible for recruitment and job seeking, contracts for administration and health positions for male and females through registration, reservation, documentation and holding job competitions.

Payroll and Performance Department

This department oversees the status of wages for the employees in the hospital also, they deposit the wages into the beneficiaries' accounts as well as any other personal payments after gaining approval from the Staff Affairs Department.

Human Resources Development Department

This department is responsible for assessing the workforce training needs to develop and raise the level of performance with coordination with the departments and sections and to set a yearly training plan and finally to measure the impact of such training programs.

Archive and Leave of Absence Department

The department is in charge of paper and electronic archiving of all the decisions and private documents also, to arrange them in special folders, to keep the information and data secret and to schedule employee leave of absence according to the followed policy.

SCFHS Follow-Up Office

This office helps its health staff in following up on the requirements of the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties either with classifications or certificate renewals for Doctors and the hospital health staff.
