Guides Master of Education in Counseling Psychology | Guide Master of Education in Counseling Psychology | Students Guide Admission A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Sociology, or Social Work from a recognized university, with a minimum overall grade of Good (by exception). Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in a field other than those listed above, in addition to obtaining a Higher Diploma in Counseling with a minimum grade of Very Good, or being currently employed in psychological, counseling, or social fields within governmental or private institutions with at least two years of professional experience. Passing the University Graduate Aptitude Test. Successful completion of a personal interview conducted by the department. The department may require applicants from non-related disciplines to complete a specified number of remedial (bridging) courses from a previous academic level.
