Objectives Providing students with modern educational knowledge in the fields of Fundamentals of Education. Training students on the skills of conducting educational research and ethics in the field of Fundamentals of Education. Provide students with skills that help them serve their community, achieve its sustainable development, and solve its issues. Program Learning Outcomes Knowledge and understanding, the student is expected to be able to: Discusses the philosophical, historical, cultural, economic, Islamic, social, ethical and administrative educational foundations on which the science of pedagogy, its development and functions is based. K1 Concludes future methods to foresee the future of the education system and its issues and educational innovations. K2 It explains the forces and factors affecting global education systems, and the ways in which they benefit from the development of the education system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. K3 Discusses methods and methods of educational research, its skills, methods and statistical methods to solve educational problems K4 Skills, after the end of the program, the student is expected to be able to: Compares philosophies and educational theories and the forces on which education systems are based and methods of foresight. S1 Employs research and technical skills and forward-looking methods in solving educational problems S2 Analyzes and critiques philosophies, theories, schools, and educational trends affecting education systems. The ability to use information technology and benefit from it in educational research Degree Requirements Pass all courses in the program with at least (good) grade. Passing the final discussion of the scientific thesis, in the study system with courses and thesis. Pass the comprehensive test in the study system with courses and research project. The applicant fulfills all the conditions of the unified regulations for postgraduate studies in Saudi universities, in accordance with the text of Article Fifteen of the regulations. 2. The applicant must have a bachelor's degree from the College of Education from one of the Saudi universities, or recognized universities, with a grade of at least (+high Good C). 3. The applicant who is not a graduate of the College of Education must obtain a grade of (very good) at least in the bachelor's and general diploma stages in education. 4. The applicant must pass the admission test (written) and the personal interview conducted by the department. 5. The applicant must pass the aptitude test for university students. 6. The applicant must meet any other conditions set by the Department Council.
