Dr. Jwaher Mohammed Al Ghamdi

Dr. Jwaher AlGhamdi is an Assistant Professor of Physical Chemistry with a research focus in electrochemistry, nanotechnology, and corrosion science. She holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Dr. AlGhamdi has published numerous peer-reviewed articles and holds several U.S. patents in advanced materials and electrochemical technologies. Alongside her research, she has held several administrative positions, including Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Head of the Department of Basic Engineering Sciences. She is also active in scientific outreach and sustainability initiatives through her involvement with national associations.
