All applications are handled secretly under the supervision of a female staff and no other personnel can view photos that are uploaded on the system without authorization.
What is the right time to apply for the Alumni ID card, before graduation or after?
You should apply for the Alumni ID card after finishing the disclaimer procedure and receiving your diploma. No application will be received in advance.
How long does it take to receive the Alumni card?
Issuance of the ID card depends on the amount of received applications, an email will be received when the ID card is ready.

What is the user name and password that I should use to login to the Alumni electronic services?
For new graduates (who studied during UoD or IAU system (People Soft) are eligible to log in with the same user name and password they used while still a student.
Students before the (People Soft system) should log in with their student ID number and click on change password from the electronic services in order to originate a new password.
Does the Alumni ID card allow me to enter IAU's private Beach?
The Alumni ID card does not offer authorization to enter IAU's private beach.
Does the Alumni ID card allow me to enter King Fahd's Hospital of the University?
The Alumni ID card does not offer authorization to enter King Fahd's Hospital of the University or any of IAU's health centers.
