The ninth development plan of 1430-1435 shows that developing the kind of education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the most important and challenging stage of the plan. The excellence of education is one of the crucial topics that concerns those who are involved in education. The excellence (quality) of education guarantees the production of educational outcomes that would positively share in the development process. The prompt efforts executed by the Ministry of High Education and Institutions of High Education have contributed in the promotion of the quality of education in the realization of advanced positions in a number of international classifications.
