TabsSummaryDr. Nagm Eldeen Hassanein, Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering. He has BSc. and MSc. in Electrical Power and Machines from Sudan University of Science and Technology, Khartoum, Sudan (1998 and 2002), respectively. He obtained his PhD from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland, UK (2009). He was the Head of the Department of Nuclear Engineering (2010-2016) and Director of the School of Electrical and Nuclear Engineering (2016-2017) at Sudan University of Science and Technology. His research interests include renewable energies (solar and wind energy), electrical power systems, energy storage, and solar-based green hydrogen generation technologies. He has over 24 years of experience in the fields of electrical engineering, energy, and teaching, including 8 years at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, which he joined in 2017. He currently works at the Department of Mechanical and Energy Engineering at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
