The scope of human resource consists of acquisition, development, maintenance / retention and control of human resources. It includes all activities starting from manpower planning till employee leaves the organization.

  1. Personnel Aspect
    • This is concerned with manpower planning, recruitment, selection, placement, transfer, promotion, training and development.
  2. Welfare Aspect of Employee
    • This is concerned with working conditions and amenities such as housing, transport, medical assistance, education, health and safety, recreation facilities.
