The Deanship of Student Affairs is one of the deanships that are concerned with serving and taking care of students intellectually, psychologically, and educationally. It also aims through it programs to strengthen the connection between the University and its students. In addition to that it seeks to reinforce the feeling of patriotism. As well as that the deanship is working hard to fill the student’s free time with programs that will help in developing their skills and ideas.
As it is well known that the main reason for establishing universities is for students who are the center of the educational process. Therefore, it is compulsory to take care of them, to provide them with education and knowledge.
We at The Deanship of Student Affairs consider our students to be the beating heart of Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University for through them the deanship grows and thrives. Therefore, the deanship is keen on providing different educational, social, and athletic activities which suit different desires and tendencies. It also, seeks at encouraging the establishment of different student clubs. Through the grace of Allah then the unlimited support from the administration of the University as well as the cooperation of distinctive students who are the presidents of the clubs all of this would not have been achieved.
Also, the Deanship of Student Affairs is keen on providing different student services and in regard to that, they did not overlook the need of student housing so to provide this for students we at the Deanship supported by the administration of the University have contacted related agencies to build a universal standard housing complex.
Finally, it is our pride and joy to provide support and activities that will benefit our students. As well as making Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University a distinctive university locally, regionally, and universally. Therefore, I call upon you to effectively engage and participate in our activities for they will help in building the student’s personality and to use ones free time in a useful way. Our doors are always open for you because you are the basis that we hope in developing.
