First Phase Recommendations
College Level:
- Establish a PE Unit
- Coordinate with the external bodies such as commissions, employers to assess the required PEs.
- Arrange stakeholders' specialists' visits to the college and inform the students about the popular PEs in the field.
- Promote general communication by establishing clear expectations and to move forward in mutual understanding of the relationship that is productive of the universities and stakeholders.
- Make a contract with an authentic web site Exam Review Course that can help students prepare for the PEs.
- Coordinate with the web sites for the PE needed by students such as Baker.
- Arrange for a price that can be handy for all students.
Provide students with mock exam-relevant high-yield content taught online. - Review curriculums and align learning outcomes of the academic programs according to the PE.
- Orientations regarding PEs should be started and arranged immediately and frequently in all IAU colleges.
- Progress testing should be embedded into the existing assessment program.
- Exit exams for college that do not have professional exams.
Second Phase

- Involve in putting the timeframe for the action plan.
- Implement the action plan.
- Orient the faculty about the PE initiative.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Consult the PE members when needed.
At the Administrative (VPO) Level
- Run orientation activities with the participant colleges.
- Establish delivery time frame with the colleges.
- Implement follow-up plans.
- Continues visits to follow up on the work progress.
- Provide consultation and support to the college.
- Submit the final report to the VPO.
Third Phase
Action Plan
Continuity of the Initiative and following-up on performance indicators
- Selection of 12 indicators to measure the performance.
- Initiative’s Consultative team meets with the Executive team of the Colleges.
- Monitoring the performance of participating Colleges.
- Expand the initiative within participating colleges to include all programs in them.
